Tim Hayes is an Adjunct Professor of Equine Therapy and Natural Horsemanship at The University of Vermont, and Vermont State University.
He is an Internationally Recognized Clinician conducting Clinics in Natural Horsemanship, Equine Therapy and his New 1-Day Self-Discovery Clinic. All his Clinics are available throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Mexico.
He is a contributing expert consultant and columnist for Equus Magazine, Horse Network, and The Huffington Post.
He holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Vermont and offers demonstrations, book talks, signings and is available for non-profit organization benefit fundraiser clinics and events.

Tim lives with his wife Stephanie Hayes and their horses in Vermont. Stephanie has been a professional in the horse industry for over two decades as a Natural Horsemanship Clinician, Trainer and Competitor. In 2017 she attended her first Working Equitation (WE) Clinic and was inspired to incorporate the training benefits of WE into her programs.
Stephanie co-founded New England Working Equitation, Inc. (NEWE) and conducts clinics year-round throughout the U.S and Canada. She is a USA Working Equitation (USAWE) Professional Instructor, "L" judge and serves on the USAWE Executive Committee.

She has been a presenter of Working Equitation at Equine Affaire and has been awarded National and Regional Championships on several of her own and clients’ horses. Stephanie is also the founder of The Center for America’s First Horse, a non-profit organization focused on the breed preservation and promotion of the rare Spanish Barbs.
